Larry moved to Orlando, Florida in 1987 to establish the Gathering/USA, founded by Dr. John Tolson. Larry was the President/CEO from 1987 through 2014. It was a ;ministry of evangelism and discipleship of men and each city that was established under the Gathering/USA umbrella now has their own 501(c)3 status. Starting January 2020 the Gathering in Orlando started monthly teaching series taught by Ron Peri, former owner of Radixx International and now the Chairman/CEO of the Gathering.
During Larry’s tenure as President of the Gathering he helped launch Mission Emanuel (located in Cielo on the outskirts of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic) under the leadership of Jack Larson and Lifework Leadership (formerly the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation or GOLF) along with Ralph Veerman.
He is married to Susan Kreider, has two children (Brett Kreider and Erica Jarrell) and six grandsons.
